| Sanctions: | The U.S. Capitol Invitational will be sanctioned for Private and Public schools in the following states: Delaware; Pennsylvania; Washington, DC; Maryland; Virginia; North Carolina; New Jersey; and New York. | |

| Awards: | Medals will be given to the top three finishers in each event For relays, first place winners will receive a custom baton. Second and third place teams will receive medals Team trophies will be awarded to the first and second teams for each gender. | |
| Entries: | Each team is allowed three (3) entries per individual event. Each team is allowed one (2) entry per relay. There will be an invitational steeplechase, in which the top 16 boys and girls entered will race. Please complete the online entries by April 1, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. |
