13. Daniel Saxon (Liberty, 2019)
The defending Carroll County champion in Liberty's Daniel Saxon has finished no worse than 5th in the 2A state cross country race for the first 3 years of high school. Saxon had some breakthroughs over the track season including a new 9:42 PR in the 3200 and improved his leg speed as well as shown with a 4:28 1600 in the spring.
