Facilities/Parking:

We will have port-a-johns on site for the meet but please note there is no large restroom facility for changing so runners need to come dressed for the race. Please note the attached Kenilworth map for bus and car parking locations. Please share this map with your bus drivers and parents. Buses should drop off at the lot on Deane Ave. NE.

Timing/Course Marshals:

M&D Timing will be doing the timing for the meet. There will be two course marshals monitoring the meet. M&D will be using race bibs for number identification and shoe chips for timing. Please secure the shoe chips well so we do not have lost chips. Additionally, please make sure to collect and turn in all chips immediately following the meet. Teams will be charged for all lost or un-returned chips.

Coaches Meeting:

The coaches meeting will be held promptly at 3:30 PM the day of the meet. At this time coaches will receive their team packets with numbers and shoe chips. I will also give any last minute details regarding the course.

Sportsmanship:

Please remind your runners of sportsmanlike behavior. Cross Country is not a contact sport and runners should not be pushing one another. They also should not be blocking other runners from passing or using foul or inappropriate language.

Registration/Payment:

Meet Registration will take place on Mile Split. Registrations close at midnight the Friday prior to the meet. I suggest getting your runners in the system as soon as possible for easier registration. Let me know if you need help with this.

Payment should have already been received by the PCSAA for the season. Payment questions should be directed to pcsaadc@gmail.com.

Reminder team rosters are due to the PCSAA & DCSAA 14 days before the first contest.

If you have any questions please reach the race director by email at rachel.mcninch@basised.com or cell at (517) 927-3021.
