Everett makes an impressive start to the 2019 season, claiming the top mark in Kansas in the discus (and then beating it again) and claiming the 16th spot in the nation, with a mark of 182-9. Also ranked 11th in Kansas in the Shot Put with a mark of 49-6.

Hankins takes the top spot in javelin in the nation and then tops that again at the Texas Relays. Even if the event is competed in only a select few states, the top mark in the nation is still an impressive feat.

Ramos holds the top time in the state in the 400m by more than half of a second (50.12), and on top of that, he is ranked 7th in the 200m (22.93) and was the anchor leg of Leavenworth's state-leading time of 3:28.30 in the 4x400m. (Four seconds better than the second ranked 4x400m in a completely dominant performance by Leavenworth).

Lambert has the top top in the state in the 100m, the 4th best in the 200m, 4th in the 110H, and 2nd in the 300H, all from the same meet.

Molina took the top 1600m time in the state in week one with a 4:26.56 and followed that with a new state top-time in the 800m of 2:00.50 this week.
