Arrows Invitational hosted by St. Sebastian Academy
Date: Saturday, May 26th
Location: Dominion HS, 21326 Augusta Drive, Sterling, VA, 20164
Who: Middle School and High School athletes are welcome to compete
ENTRIES: Are made via milestat. Entries are currently open and will close on Tuesday, May 22nd, at 11:59 pm.Please email Patsy: coach@saintsebastianacademy.org to obtain the meet password to enter this meet. This helps to keep track of how many teams/athletes we would expect to compete at the meet.
~Athletes are allowed 4 events total (including relays and field events.)
~Middle schoolers must run in the middle school division, and high schoolers must run in the high school division.
~There will be no substitutions or additions on race day.
~Each team is responsible for bringing their own starting blocks, relay batons, and water containers.
~Results and fully automatic timing with dual Finish Lynx camera systems through Blue Ridge Timing.
~Track: 8 lane, all-weather track surface
~Entry fees: Entry fees will be $7 per athlete.
~We will need at least one experienced field events judge from each participating team in order to help the meet run smoothly. (Please e-mail your preferences, or we will assign.)

~Shot put
~Long jump
3:00 5:00
~Discus
~High jump
~The shot put and long jump will run concurrently from 1:00-3:00 and the discus, triple jump, and high jump will run concurrently from 3:00 5:00.
