Schedule
- 11:30am-12:30pm Teams arrive to familiarize themselves with the course
- 12:30pm- Participant & Coaches Meeting
- 1:00pm-Elementary Girls
- 1:30pm Elementary Boys
- 1:45pm Elementary Awards
- 2:00pm-Middle School Girls
- 2:30pm- Middle School Boys
- 3:15pm Middle School Awards
Note: we will make every attempt to keep strictly to this schedule, but times are subject to change
Course
Middle and Elementary courses are the traditional courses used for many years. Course Measurements. The length of the course shall be as follows:
Elementary School - 2 miles (3.2k)
Middle School - 2.5 miles (4.1k)
Timing
All events will be scored using chip timing by M&D Timing. Please allow plenty of time to pick up numbers (with chips) and pin them on the athletes.
Registration DEADLINE
Meet Registration Closes Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 8:00pm
Course Volunteers
Each team will be asked to supply at least one volunteer per team to help with one level of our meet. (For example, if you bring a girls' MS and boys' MS team to run, you should have 2 or more adult volunteers who can help during the middle school events. Swaps are possible also.)
Meet Setup
Teams are allowed to bring tents, food, etc to the meet. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN CLEAN UP. Please bring trash bags to keep the park Clean
Meet Rules
Will be discussed during the coaches and participants meetings.
