Andrew Hunter is hands down the man to beat this year. After taking down Grant Fisher twice last track season and running 14:36 for 5K, 4:01 for 1600m and 8:39.5 for 3200m he will be the guy to chase.

The second returner from Foot Locker (behind Hunter) Tamagno had a solid track season running 8:51 for 3200m and will look to continue on that path this cross country season.

Ran both NXN & Foot Locker last year and is a top 10 returner in both.

Based on returners he will be the top guy at NXN next year. On the track he's ran 4:15 fro 1600m and 8:53 for 3200m.

Clinger has the fourth fastest returning 5k time this season, and 7th fastest 1600m +3200m + 5K time. He finished 8th last year at NXN Nationals.

Ferro finished top ten at NXN as a a junior and was runner up at NXN Northeast. In track he was only three seconds off breaking the 9:00 barrier in the 3200m.

The senior has run sub 15 minutes in the 5k and sub 9 minutes in the 3200m.

Tooker had a solid track season running a blazing fast 8:51.52 3200m placing 5th in the loaded field at the Loucks Games.

Although Lundy did not make it to NXN Nationals his times speak for themselves. (14:40.6 5K/ 4:07.5 1600m / 8:55.75 3200m). Lundy was the New York State 1600m champion this past spring with his 4:07.50, and finished 2nd in the 5k at NBNO with a time of 14:40.61.

The rising senior finished 25th last year at Foot Locker and will be the fifth fastest returner this year, if he runs Foot Locker again.

Parsons had a solid race at NXN last year finishing 22nd. The rising senior ran a 8:55.56 3200m finishing 8th in a stacked field at the Arcadia Invitational this past spring.

The rising senior had several strong break though performances this past track season running 4:13.81 in the 1600m and 9:05.51 in the 3200m. Based on last years results at NXN Carpenter would finish 4th this year.

Finishing just behind Carpenter last year, based on returners Ryan will be the 5th fastest returner.

Roberts strongest XC finish was at the NXN Southwest Regional where he ran 14:57.30 taking 5th.This track season he dropped 14 seconds bringing his 3200m time down to 9:13.

Petrella was the New York Sate runner up last year in cross country running 15:35.60. He's ran some fast times on the track as well including a 9:05 3200m.

Based on Foot Locker returners Bielaczyc would finish 6th this year at Foot Locker.

Willcutts finished just behind Bielaczyc last year at Foot Locker, and was on the edge of the sub 15 minute barrier.

Browns 5th fastest returning 5k time of 14:57 is what lands him on this list, as well as other impressive times in the 3200m (9:22) and 1600m (4:22).

Cross is another guy on the list who is close to breaking that sub 15 minute barrier having gone 15:01.

Pereira has run a 15:06 which is the 16th fastest 5K time based on this years returners.

One of only a hand full of juniors to make the Foot Locker finals last year Davis finished 37th. The rising senior has ran 4:09.93 for the 1600m.

Johns will be a junior this coming fall but had an impressive season last year. He finished 10th at the NXN Southwest Regional running 15:08.30. He also had a fast track season running 9:05.52 for 3200m.

The rising senior finished 50th at NXN last year and would be the 16th returner based on last years results. He also ranks 19th on our 1600 + 3200 + 5K = top 50 returning boys distance list.

The rising junior will look to lead the La Salle Academy (RI) guys this year. Principe had an impressive track season in his sophomore year finishing 5th at NBNO running 14:42.91. He finished 75th at NXN last year but made huge jump from XC to track.

Ran a sub 15 minute 5K (14:41.05) on the track this past spring to take third at NBNO. Huge improvement and may be higher up on the list in the near future.
